We arrange shared or private transfers for all flight arrivals to ensure that you have a minimal wait and travel in the best comfort. The closest airport to Morzine is Geneva (1hrs 15mins) and closest airports for Meribel are Chambery (1hrs 30 mins), Lyon (2hrs) Geneva (2hrs 15 mins).

Ski & Snowboard hire (and snow shoes, sledges…)
There are an array of ski fitting options available to you in resort. We have partnered with a mobile ski fitting companies, who come to you in the comfort of your chalet and provides the best combination of custom fitting equipment and stress-free service. Their mobile services save time and avoid the hussle and rush of the typical ski shop as soon as you arrive in resort and our customers receive a discount on their booking. As part of our concierge pre-departure service we can have this all pre-arranged so that your ski fit can be enjoyed with a cup of tea and slice of cake (or glass of champagne).
The ski fitters will either come to your chalet when you arrive, or the first morning before you go skiing, depending on your arrival time into resort. They have years of experience so will ensure that you have the right fit, will arrive with a variety of equipment and will be happy to come back and make any tweaks or exchanges during your stay if required.

We want you to get the very best from the ski areas whether that’s local passes or ski passes over the wider area. Our concierge team will guide you through this essential part of your ski holiday to ensure you maximise your enjoyment and also minimise your expense.
Learn to ski in style (your technique as well as your chalet)
Ski School
Whether you are a complete novice or an off-piste ninja, everyone can benefit from some expert tuition. It is widely regarded that the French ski instructors qualification is one of the most rigorous to achieve so whoever you choose you can be assured that you’ll receive a high degree of expertise from your lessons. We have hand picked a selection of companies that we believe offer the best service and value for money. Our team will be able to advise you on the best options for you and your group and help navigate the questions of group v private lessons, duration, level and anything in between.

Resort Recommendations & Reservations
Our concierge team can book restaurants and activities for you before your stay if you would like to have everything planned out. Something we recommend particular if you’re travelling at a busy time. Once in resort the these bookings are seamlessly passed across to your resort or chalet managers. During your stay ask any of the TG team to help with recommending and booking anything further for you, from lunch on the mountain to VIP tables at Folie Douce and parapenting in the sunset.

A family ski holiday can be one of the most rewarding experiences, but we know it can also come with its fair share of challenges. We have therefore designed our service around your peace of mind. From drivers who’ll ensure you never have to carry your skis or have to trek back to the chalet, to knowing that tonight’s healthy yet exciting children’s meal is taken care of (giving you the perfect excuse to sneak off to the hot tub with a glass of bubbles!). And for the little ones, we’ve partnered with trusted private nannies, so that you can hit the slopes with confidence, knowing that your infant is having the best time possible. Our concierge team are parents, skiers and experienced resort guides, please contact them to discuss your families needs.
