Ski Hire

There are an array of ski fitting options available to you in resort. We have partnered with a mobile ski fitting company who come to you in the comfort of your chalet and provides the best combination of custom fitting equipment and stress-free service. Their mobile services save time and avoid the hussle and rush of the typical ski shop as soon as you arrive in resort and our customers receive a discount on their booking.. As part of our concierge teams pre-departure service we can have this all pre-arranged so that your ski fit can be enjoyed with a cup of tea and slice of cake (or glass of champagne).

The ski fitters will either come to your chalet when you arrive, or the first morning before you go skiing, depending on your arrival time into resort. They have years of experience so will ensure that you have the right fit, will arrive with a variety of equipment and will be happy to come back and make any tweaks or exchanges during your stay if required.

Lift Passes

We are able to purchase lift passes on your behalf so they are ready when you arrive. There is no additional cost for this service, and the passes will be delivered to your chalets to save you queuing on the first morning of your holiday. Please speak to our team confirming your requirements, or advice about the different ski areas. More information is available in our Resort Information sections.

Both the Portes du Soleil and The Three Valleys are spoilt for choice for mountain restaurants – whether this is a morning hot chocolate pitt-stop, a sit down lunch or an afternoon beer on a sun terrace, our team are happy to make recommendations and reservations on your behalf.

Ski and Snowboard Lessons

There are several highly recommended ski and snowboard schools, which have fantastic reviews from our guests. We are motivated to find the right options to suit your requirements whether it be price, group size, age or ability dependent. We are happy to make enquiries directly with the ski schools and make any introductions on your behalf. We advise to book well in advance, so please enquire as soon as you have booked your stay with us. 

Lessons are recommended for beginners as a great introduction to skiing or snowboarding, for intermediates to build confidence, and a great investment for advanced skiers, to fine tune those skills and work on any bad habits. Whether it’s skiing bumps in style, high speed carving on groomers, or off-piste powder runs, the experienced tuition can enhance your performance and enjoyment. 

When booking your lessons, it’s worth noting where the rest of your group will be skiing if you would like to meet up afterwards. Speak to our concierge team if you have any queries, as they know the ski area and meeting points well. 

Ski touring, snowshoeing, cross country and telemark lessons are also available if you fancy exploring other ways of enjoying the mountains.
